are you using an alternative schedule for your boys? my pediatrician actually requires one for her entire practice, but it's a bit less restrictive than dr. miller's. no shots before two months, and then only one at a time...

I think that's great, Amy. I really like the one at a time thing. There is a book "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Your Child's Vaccinations" by Stephanie Cave, M.D. that I really liked that had an alternative schedule I was comfortable with that starts at 4 months. I actually feel the most comfortable waiting until my kids are two. Gabe has had most of his already, although he might need another DTap, and he hasn't had any of his MMR - I wanted to try to find them individually, which I don't think is all that easy to do. I thought it was interesting that apparently you can also get the DTaP individually - I am MUCH more comfortable with that, because the DTaP has had a lot of documented reactions.
